How to use e-checks, electronic checks online through our public web site.

| An e-check is an electronic representation of a real check from a real bank account. The following is a list of components and description that will be required for your e-check transaction. The default transaction type is "Paying by e-check", however if you wish to use a credit card you may click the button “Use credit card instead” just below the blue “Check Out Bar”.

| Please note that all fields are required and that the “Account Number” must be entered a second time for confirmation/verification. The picture below lists each of the components needed from your check.

| The account holder information in most cases must match the account information held by the bank for the account being used to process this transaction.

| If the account holder "Billing Information" is not located in the United States, the country description may be changed and the appropriate “Billing Address” information added. This has worked in many cases. Please verify that your bank has processed the payment and that after processing your account remains marked as “Paid in Full” on our public web site.

| When you have located and selected into the "Shopping Cart" one or more parcels, you are ready to complete payment. Choose "Shopping Cart", then enter the appropriate e-check Payment Information as listed below:

Account Holder's Name: The name as it appears on your bank account.

Email Address & Phone Number: Enter contact information so that you can be notified if there is a problem with processing this payment. You will only be contacted in connection with your taxes.

Address: Please complete all address fields. This will help in correctly identifying your bank account.
|

Bank Name: The name of your bank.
|
| • |
ABA Number: Also known as the routing number; this is a 9 digit number that can be found at the bottom of your paper checks to the left of your account number.

Account Number: The number of the account from which you wish to make the payment. The format and ordering of numbers on your check may vary, but the account number is always immediately followed by the ||' character.
